Jay brings over 18 years of management consulting experience to Sendero’s Senior Leadership Team. His areas of expertise include developing and executing strategic plans, technology innovation, operational optimization and excellence, and program development and launch.
Recent client engagements involved leading initiatives to streamline operations capabilities through digital transformation, establishing sales support structure and CRM processes, and supporting business diversification and new market entry.

- BBA in Management and Finance from the University of Houston
- Experience in energy, retail, transportation, and communications
- Extensive experience leading teams of various sizes & multiple locations, endeavoring through complex business needs & decisions, and achieving organizational wide success
- Leadership roles on IT PMO development & implementation, business efficiency and process automation, and large acquisition projects

Outside of work, Jay enjoys movies, music, baking, and cheering on his teams —Liverpool FC, the Texas Longhorns, and all Houston sports teams. He’s been to over 40 countries and 48 states —and looks forward to seeing 2 more states and the Northern Lights. He is married with a daughter and a son.
