As Director of People and Organizational Development, Jamie provides strategic direction for Sendero’s Organizational Development, Learning & Development, and Delivery Support teams.
She brings over ten years of consulting and internal leadership experience to her position. Her background makes her particularly suited to help us staff, retain, and ensure the professional growth of all Sendero team members.

Jamie’s personal interests include collecting Vogue Magazine covers, being outdoors, and traveling to favorite spots like Colorado, the Texas coast, and Monahans sandhills. She is an avid reader whose interests cover everything from Harry Potter to true crime. On weekends, you’ll find her cheering on her children Shiloh, Cohen, and Wyatt at soccer and volleyball matches.
