Favorite part about your job? “I love that my job is dynamic and complex, which enables me to continuously learn something new. I also enjoy the opportunity I have to create meaningful and lasting relationships by helping others.”
Hobbies? “I enjoy being outside as much as possible, so any chance that I have to hike, ski, camp, or canoe, I take it!”
Favorite Sendero memory? “I woke up at 5am to hike Camelback Mountain with a client stakeholder!”
Favorite part about your job? “Being able to mentor others and receiving mentoring from Sendero team members”
Hobbies? “Bass fishing, playing basketball, and playing piano”
What attracted you to Sendero? “Sendero provided the ability to continue a management consulting career without the requirement of weekly travel.”
Favorite part about your job? “I enjoy the fact I am responsible for shaping solutions for clients and bringing others to the table to deliver on them.”
Hobbies? “I’m an avid runner. I’ve qualified for the Boston Marathon but, never run it.”
Favorite Sendero memory? “My favorite memory has to be one of Sendero’s company-wide quarterly meetings. Whether we were gathering at one of Dallas’ most exemplary locations like the AT&T Stadium and running around the football field or at a luxurious hotel ballroom in Downtown Dallas, these events have always been a special day to bring our people together under one roof for relationships to be built and a reminder of the great company we work for.”
Favorite part about your job? “My favorite part is being able to work in various industries and serve in various roles. As a consultant, you are constantly learning new skills and adapting to new environments.”
What are you passionate about in your community? “I’ve served as a Big Brother for 7 years. I’m passionate about spending quality time with my little brother and supporting him in pursuing his dream to play to college basketball.”
Favorite part about your job? “I would say it is seeing the change and progress made at the end of a project. Since starting at Sendero, I’ve been a part of 3 product deployment / launches. It’s incredibly rewarding to see the immediate change and how it impacts so many different departments. With my current project at a healthcare organization, the product we implemented was able to decrease turnaround time from 20 days to 5 days. Seeing the drastic improvement in end user experience was truly incredible.”
Favorite part about your job? “Knowing that every day will be different and that I am surrounded by talented people. We all push each other to succeed in both our professional and personal lives. I also love helping our clients to succeed.”
What are you passionate about in your community? “I am passionate about supporting mothers in our community through volunteering at women’s shelters, pregnancy resource centers, and maternity homes.”
Favorite Sendero memory? “I had the opportunity to work on a team where we put together an analytics dashboard for a local nonprofit who offers camp experiences for children with acute illnesses. They were interested in visually showing metrics around donor funding and camper safety. One of my favorite memories was hearing from the client how appreciative they were and how impactful our delivery of an analytics dashboard was to their mission. It reminded me that you can always make a positive, meaningful impact on people near you and within your community.”

Hobbies? “Spending family time at the lake, RVing, motorcycle trips with friends, tinkering with classic cars, and playing music.”
What attracted you to Sendero? “The passion exuded by every person I met in the interview process and throughout my career here.”
Favorite Sendero memory? “It’s a tie between winning silver in Darts at Corporate Challenge and volunteering with other Senderoans at Best Buddies Winter Formal.”
Favorite part about your job? “Bringing creative solutions to complex environments.”
Favorite Sendero memory? “One event that particularly stands out was my first all company quarterly meeting. It was my first week at Sendero and the energy and enthusiasm in the room was indescribable. I remember leaving the meeting knowing I had joined the right company.”
Favorite part about your job? “Getting to work with smart, driven people on exciting and challenging projects while having fun and giving back to the community.”
What attracted you to Sendero? “The people. When I was interviewing, everyone seemed to genuinely love their job and spoke so highly of everyone they work with daily. I truly believe that the people you surround yourself with make a huge difference in your life and in your career.”
Hobbies? “I love hiking and being outdoors. Every time we go on a trip, my only request is that we do some sort of hike together. My favorite landscape so far was in Ireland – I would go back in a heartbeat.”
What attracted you to Sendero? "The challenging work, the variety of industries and clients, the smart people, and the culture. The people make this company and inspire me to come into work every day."
What are you passionate about in your community? "Pet rescues – my wife and I work closely with a local animal shelter that takes on particularly difficult cases. There’s a huge problem with stray pets and animal abuse in the Houston area and there’s always work to be done."
