Community focus: “I enjoy volunteering with and mentoring the high school students of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas, specifically through my involvement in the Junior League of Dallas – Collegiate STEPS and the Urban Land Institute – Building Industry Leaders programs.”
Hobbies: “I enjoy volunteering, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.”
Why Sendero? “The variety of projects and the warmth of the people.”
Hobbies: “The performing arts scene in Houston and anything Disney!”
Why Sendero? “The people. As I went through the interview process, each person I met made me even more confident that this was the company I wanted to be a part of. I also really loved that the company really lived the core values.”
Hobbies: “I love to read, volunteer, and cook.”
Favorite Sendero memory: “There are many, but one that sticks out is my first week on the job at Bret and Ruth’s house. I can look back on it now and see how much we have grown over the years.”
Hobbies: “Enjoying time with my daughter and husband, watching Oklahoma football and the Texas Rangers.”
Favorite Sendero memory: "It's from the quarterly meeting we had in 2015 at the Texas Rangers Ballpark. We met in a beautiful open room, played catch on the field, hit in the Rangers batting cages, and ended the day with a Happy Hour on the field!”
Hobbies: “Working out at different fitness studios through a program called ClassPass, trying all the new food spots around town, going to Texas A&M football games, starting new creative art projects, learning about fashion, and traveling!”
Favorite part of the job: “When candidates accept our offers! We are highly selective about who we ask to join, so we celebrate when someone decides to make Sendero their new work home. It’s special knowing that we helped that individual make a significant life decision.”
Hobbies: " Spending time in the weight room at Equinox-Highland Park, following Texas Aggie football, and reading.”
Favorite part of the job: “There are many, but one that stands out is how supported I feel by our leadership team to pursue my passions, both in and out of the office.”
Hobbies: “Being active and teaching workout classes, losing my voice at sporting events, traveling (and eating!) my way across the country, and spending time with my family and friends.”
What attracted you to Sendero: "The first thing that stood out was the culture and passion people exhibited when I talked to them about what they do. The second thing was the diversity of projects and the opportunity to grow and expand my knowledge of different industries."
Hobbies: "I enjoy a challenging bike ride on a nice day, and of course, baking! I don’t follow recipes much, but morph different ideas into one – sometimes the end-result is exceptional and sometimes not-so-much, but my co-workers always take part in being taste-testers and are happy to provide feedback for improvement!"
Favorite part of the job: “I love coming to work knowing that I will be challenged and that I get to work with other smart people who care about my success.”
Hobbies: “Beyond chasing my 2.5 year old son, I enjoy going to sporting events, reading up on sports stats, and watching TED talks.”
Community focus: "I am passionate about helping our younger generations to unleash their full potential as members of our community, regardless of their socioeconomic background."
Hobbies: "I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family by having deep conversations over coffee (I love coffee!). I also love exploring new places and experiencing new cultures. Last but not least, I enjoy listening to the stories of successful entrepreneurs and learning from their fascinating journeys and their business strategies."
Favorite Sendero memory: “The memories that make me smile are usually associated with a challenge. There’s something special about tackling issues or roadblocks as a team. Let’s just say a lot of bonding occurs when you’re in a war room!”
Hobbies: “I’ve been called a professional hobbyist so I won’t list them all. At the moment, I really enjoying cycling, woodworking, and gardening.”
Favorite part of the job: "I love being able to develop our junior employees at the firm. I’m currently managing six resources and also the Career Advisor for six other employees. Being able to watch and help people develop in the career inspires me to be better in my own career."
Hobbies: “Most of my time is spent chasing down my two sons (3 and 1), but when I get a chance I love to play golf and basketball."
Favorite part of your job? "I love going to work every day, not knowing exactly what to expect. There are constantly new problems to solve, new clients to meet, and new ways to help the project move forward successfully. Being involved in the ever changing world of technology, I am always learning new things and offered opportunities to grow as an associate. Additionally, working with such supportive and bright co-workers gives me the confidence that I can overcome any challenge."
Hobbies: "My hobbies include dancing, discovering restaurants in DFW, and trying new yoga studios!"
Why Sendero? “I loved that Sendero was locally focused. Additionally, the Career Advisor program really stood out to me as a way to have a mentor and a guide as I made this career switch.”
Hobbies: “I love to cook! I used to have a food blog about 5 years ago. I do still love trying to cook new and exciting dishes and you can usually tell when I’ve made something extravagant by the number of dirty dishes I create in the cooking process.”
