Tell us about your past work experience: “I worked for one of the Big 4 Consulting Firms in their healthcare practice, starting as an Analyst and progressing to Manager. Most of my work involved process and financial improvements for a hospital or health system’s perioperative (operating room) department. I have led many process improvement projects at small hospitals and large health systems. In addition to healthcare, I also have experience in consumer products and supply chain. Many of these projects have given me the opportunity to develop my analytic, project management, change management, and communication skills.”
How did you first hear about Sendero? “I first noticed Sendero on LinkedIn and then had a few discussions with some work colleagues that had heard of Sendero. After that, I applied for an open position on LinkedIn. Paige (Sendero Talent Acquisition Specialist) and I had a few good conversations, and several months later, I accepted an offer to join.”
What is a fun fact about you or a secret talent that no one knows about? “Woodworking – I have a small (very small) business building furniture and cabinets. It is incredibly relaxing!”
