Read on to learn more about Bryant’s path to Sendero.

Tell us about your past work experience: I am a career management consultant with over 21 years of experience. Before joining Sendero, I spent five years at Daugherty leading large, transformational software development programs for a broad client base.  Whether it be a business-to-consumer (B2C) e-commerce platform implementation for a multi-level marketing company, a Cloudera Hadoop platform implementation with an ecosystem of big data tools for a multinational pharmaceutical company, or Consumer Platform, Merchandising, and Technology Operations projects for a consumer electronics retailer.  In addition to these technology focused solutions, I also helped transition these clients to leveraging Agile development methodologies. Prior to that I worked at KPMG and Accenture.  My experience is primarily in managing cross-functional teams across a breadth of areas including eCommerce, Custom Development, Packaged Software, Software-as-a-Service (Saas), and IT Service Management solutions.

What are you most looking forward to in this next year? Making an impact here at Sendero and becoming a Career Advisor. Personally, I am looking forward to my oldest son graduating from high school and heading off to college.

What does your perfect day look like? A great cup of coffee and a southern breakfast with my family.  A mid-day UT Football game in Austin with my sons.  An after game happy hour with my friends. An evening dinner date with my wife. And then cap it off with a night cocktail under the stars listening to some soul music!

What is a fun fact about you or a secret talent no one knows about? I can play the drums, and I know how to DJ.
