DALLAS, TX – Sendero, a management consulting firm with expertise delivering strategic planning, technology enablement, and organizational effectiveness solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of Christi Bellon to Managing Director.
Christi joined Sendero in early 2008, most recently serving as Sendero’s Senior Director of Accounting & Finance. In addition to leading to Accounting & Finance function, she also oversees Sendero’s IT department. Her career includes over 25 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and SOX compliance. She has experience across multiple industries including a government service provider, business process outsourcer, and healthcare.
“Christi leads our Accounting & Finance and IT functions with logic, foresight, and composure,” said CEO and Founder, Bret Farrar. “Her insight and ability to anticipate and prepare for the needs of our firm as we grow have been essential over the past decade. She is a highly respected and deeply trusted member of our leadership team.”
During her time at Sendero, Christi has led the selection and implementation of a more robust financial system, established proper controls, facilitated lining up adequate financing vehicles, developed operational reports that help us manage the business, and more.

Christi has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, as well as a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Systems, from Baylor University.
