Our Journey with HealthMarkets
HealthMarkets engaged Sendero to help with a variety of areas — business analysis, program management, data migration, OCM/training, and UAT coordination —in order to build a custom suite of applications to help agents with their day-to-day sales activities.
HealthMarkets is one of the leading health insurance marketplaces in the country.
We operate under the mantra of 'think big, start small, move fast' and our relationship with Sendero evolved in the same way. What started out as an engagement for business analytics and requirements gathering evolved into project management, program management, training, and deployment management... I’m completely convinced that we would not have been as successful with this project had we not had Sendero involved from the beginning.
