In January, several members of the Houston office lent a hand at the DePelchin Children’s Center. DePelchin serves the most vulnerable children and families in Texas through its abuse prevention, foster care, adoption, and post-adoption programs. The team volunteered at the Donation Station where they unpacked and sorted 500+ gifts into age and/or type categories (cars, dolls, craft supplies, etc.). The gifts will be used for DePelchin’s Birthday Buddy program, will be distributed to families during emergency placements, or will be used by DePelchin clinicians during therapy sessions.
