Susanne joined Sendero in 2007 as one of the firm’s first employees. Starting as a Manager, her impressive work enabled her to rise to Managing Director. Her deep management consulting and IT operations experience plays an instrumental role in creating positive results for her clients.
She has played leadership roles in engagements ranging from IT Infrastructure, IT and ERP Systems implementations, to PMO Management and Assessment, to implementing Agile practices. Her industry expertise includes working within the financial services, utilities, oil & gas, commercial real estate services, and chemical industries.

- Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma
- Over 17 years of management consulting & IT operations experience
- Leadership roles in program and project management, infrastructure and technical architecture, business operations, and portfolio management
MORE ABOUT SUSANNE
Prior to joining Sendero, Susanne held a real estate license. Outside of work, her passions include cooking, yoga, and music of all types, especially live. She also enjoys spending time at the lake, and is an active slalom water skier. She and her husband have two sons.
Working at Sendero has taught me that if you can dream it, you can do it. I get to work in a place where I am not only inspired by the people around me, but I also have real relationships to last a life-time. And with every engagement, striving to raise the bar on what clients should expect from a partner - that is a worthy challenge.
