May 2, 2016 – Sendero Consulting, a Dallas based management consulting firm, announces the promotion of seven employees.
Consulting
Amanda Kraft was promoted from Senior Manager to Principal. Amanda joined Sendero in 2014, bringing over 11 years of management consulting experience with her. Over the years, Amanda has developed a deep understanding of learning management systems, organizational change management, organization analysis and design, talent management, and program and project management. She has experience across multiple industries, including retail, ecommerce, fast casual restaurants, food and beverage, oilfield services, aerospace and defense, and telecommunications.
Scotty Buoy was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Scotty joined Sendero in 2014, bringing with him more than 7 years of management consulting experience. He has successfully delivered multiple large scale custom development projects and has expertise in program delivery and business process redesign. Since joining Sendero, Scotty has primarily focused on projects in the Utilities industry.
Jon Wollmershauser was promoted from Manager to Senior Manager. Jon joined Sendero in 2016 with 11 years of experience in the management consulting industry, specializing in project management, manufacturing execution systems, product life cycle management, and aerospace and defense. During his time at Sendero, he has added IT strategy, digital consumer experience, and healthcare to his portfolio.
Pete Fleps was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Pete joined the Sendero team in 2012 and has developed specialized project experience serving our clients in the retail, oil & gas, financial services, and electric utility industries. Pete has also been an active lead in enhancing Sendero’s vendor management and IT optimization service lines.
Scott Simari was promoted from Analyst to Manager. Scott joined Sendero in 2014 after spending the early part of his career focused on sales, business development, and supply chain within the electronics industry. At Sendero, he has successfully driven a number of technical projects and programs for a variety of clients within the utilities and energy industries.
Hayley Rabe was promoted from Associate to Analyst. Hayley joined Sendero in 2015.
Operations
Jessi Gilks was promoted from Finance & Accounting Senior Specialist to Manager. Jessi joined the firm in 2013 and has helped to develop Sendero’s internal accounting and finance department.
